Our Accommodation

The Cotswold Retreat is a large luxury estate, perfect for family gatherings, parties, wedding celebrations, or a relaxing weekend away.  It is also popular for Yoga and Wellness Retreats, Location Shoots and Corporate Off Sites midweek. The beautiful estate consists of a spaciously restored old farmhouse barn, a cosy cottage, a deluxe games suite with gym, large lawns, courtyard gardens, private woodland and paddocks. The most common comment we get from guests is that they don't want to leave!

Farmhouse Barn sleeps 11 and has been beautifully converted.  It has a double height atrium at its centre boasting stunning views across the countryside.  The grounds provide many glorious spots to sit and appreciate the view, and in the summer months we have a large sunset deck hidden away in the woods. 

Lavender Cottage  sleeps 4 - 6 and is situated about 20m away from Farmhouse barn. Often used as additional accommodation to the main Barn, but also perfect for  smaller groups looking for luxurious cosy accommodation.   The cottage has a large deck overlooking Brailes Hill.

Games Room - a large space great for fun evenings or rainy days.  Full of fun - pool table, table football, video games, card table, sitting areas and a gym tucked into the corner. Fabulous view again overlooking the countryside. 

The Grounds - set on a 9 acre estate in the heart of the Cotswold countryside, down a hidden track you will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere.  You are free to wander around all the grounds and enjoy all the fun to be had - table tennis, boules, woodland walks, Wendy house, flat lawns, many sitting areas to rest and gather with family and friends.  You won't want to leave!

For larger groups, the cottage and barn can be rented together - ideal for a more secluded get away.

We kindly ask our guests to help us conserve water during their stay. We are always improving our water conservation ideas and will share with you before your stay.
